While uploaded images may be temporarily stored on our servers to facilitate gameplay, we plan to periodically delete all stored images to minimize retention. However, we cannot guarantee the exact timing of such deletions.

• You upload images at your own risk. Puzzle It does not guarantee the security of uploaded images and cannot prevent unauthorized access, theft, or misuse of your images by third parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

Puzzle It and its operators, including VRG Market Solutions, are not responsible for any misuse, theft, or unauthorized access to images uploaded by users. We do not assume liability for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of our service or the content you upload. By using Puzzle It, you acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for the images you upload and any consequences that may result.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Puzzle It:

• Uploading images that violate local, national, or international laws.
• Using the platform to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or distribution of harmful content.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or misuse the platform in any way that disrupts its functionality or compromises user safety.
